Pecan Waldorf Salad

Yield: 4 Servings
1/2 cup chopped Pecans
1 cup chopped apples (unpeeled) 1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped maraschino cherries 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Mix fruit, Pecans, celery, and mayonnaise. Chill and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
